6.1 Employment Classification

Employees and team members are classified into the following categories:

  • Full-Time Employees
  • Part-Time Employees
  • Independent Contractors
  • Freelancers/Consultants

Each classification has different compensation structures and benefit eligibility.

6.3 Anti-Harassment & Discrimination

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited. All team members are expected to treat one another with respect and dignity. Any violation may result in disciplinary action or termination.

6.4 Confidentiality

Team members must maintain the confidentiality of all client work, proprietary processes, and internal communications. NDAs may be required for certain projects.

6.5 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a contract, all creative work developed for clients is their intellectual property. All internal brand assets of TommyMVisuals are owned solely by the company.

6.6 Conflict of Interest

Team members must avoid any situation where personal interests could interfere with the company’s or a client’s best interest. Disclosure of potential conflicts is required.

6.7 Communication Tools

Approved tools for communication include:

  • Slack – Daily team communication
  • Notion – Project management & documentation
  • Google Workspace – Email, Docs, and Drive
  • Zoom – Client meetings and internal calls

All communications should remain professional and align with our company tone and brand.

6.8 Remote Work Policy

TommyMVisuals operates fully remotely. All team members are expected to be available from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, unless otherwise approved. Time tracking or status updates may be required for certain roles or projects.

6.9 Data Security

  • Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts.
  • Store and share files only through company-approved cloud storage.
  • Do not download client materials onto personal devices without approval.

6.10 Substance Use

Substance use that affects job performance, communication, or professionalism is prohibited during working hours. We support mental health and wellness, and encourage open conversation around stress and burnout.
