7. Work Hours & Remote Work

TommyMVisuals Consulting operates on a remote-first, flexible schedule with a standard working window from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

We respect the need for flexibility in creative work, but ask all team members to be reachable and responsive during these core hours for collaboration, meetings, and project updates.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Treat colleagues, partners, and clients with respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality and brand integrity.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Report misconduct or unethical behavior to management.

9. Leave & Time-Off Policy

  • Vacation Days: 15 days per year (full-time employees).
  • Sick Leave: Up to 7 paid sick days annually.
  • Personal Days: 2 personal days/year.
  • Freelancers: Time off must be arranged based on project timelines.

15. Disciplinary Action Policy

Violations of this handbook may lead to:
